The National Labor Relations Board (NLRB) has announced the details of the secret-ballot election (Notice of Election).

Eligible to vote:
All full-time and regular part-time Drivers, CDL Drivers, Field Service Technicians, Service Technicians, Lead Service Technicians, HVAC Technicians, Welders, Set-Up Technicians, Lead Set-Up Technicians, and Yard Foreman employed during the payroll period ending June 01, 2025 are eligible to vote in the election.
Eligible employees are free to vote at any time the polls are open.
Others permitted to vote:
At this time, no decision has been made regarding whether the Branch Coordinators are included in, or excluded from, the bargaining unit. Individuals in that classification should vote in the election but their ballots will be challenged by the union since their eligibility has not been resolved. The eligibility of these individuals will be resolved, if necessary, following the election.
Excluded:
All managers, office clerical employees, and professional employees, supervisors and guards as defined in the Act are not permitted to vote in the election.

All eligible employees are encouraged to vote and have their voices heard in the upcoming NLRB election.
What to Expect
- Observers selected by WillScot and observers selected by the union will also be present at the voting site at all relevant times. These observers will be present to ensure the election is conducted appropriately and fairly.
- Neither the NLRB representative nor the observers will see how employees vote. They are just there to observe the election and make sure all rules are followed.
- The NLRB representative will bring portable voting booths, a secret ballot box and the ballots. Employees will be given an official ballot by the NLRB representative and directed to the voting booth.
The Secret Ballot
The ballot will be a piece of paper and will ask the following question:
Two empty boxes will appear under the question: one underneath the word “YES” and one underneath the word “NO.”
Mark an "X" in the box of your choice.
Marking the “YES” box will indicate that you DO want to be represented by the union.
Marking the “NO” box will indicate that you DO NOT want to be represented by the union.
Fold the ballot in half and place it in the secret ballot box.
Do not write your name or make any other marks on the ballot other than a single mark in the box of your choice. Doing so may disqualify your vote.
Please Vote
Everyone who is eligible needs to vote. This is a decision that could significantly affect the way we work in the future and not voting allows other people to decide your future.
The election outcome will be determined by the majority of the people who vote. For example, if out of 64 eligible employees, only 30 employees vote and 16 vote for the union, then those 16 employees determine the future for all 64 employees, including those who voted against the union and those who didn’t vote at all.
